Kaizer Chiefs attacking midfielder Mfundo Vilakazi believes his side are ready for their CAF Confederation Cup clash against Red Arrows.
The Glamour Boys will play the Zambian outfit in the second preliminary round when they meet at the Levy Mwanawasa Stadium in Ndola.
Chiefs will head into this fixture to bounce back after playing out to their third consecutive draw in the Betway Premiership.
Vilakazi says the team will approach their opponents with respect after analysing them in a video session, while remaining fully focused on his club commitments and the task at hand.
“Training was good. It’s very hot here but we’ll manage. I think we are ready for tomorrow (today),” Vilakazi told his club’s official website.
“Last time we played here we won so I think we must do the same again
“I’m really happy about it but for now I am totally focused on my club and what we need to do.
“We saw some of them in our video session. They are a good team and we won’t underestimate them.”
