Paris out to build on momentum

Four matches, four wins: Paris’s start to the season in the Arkema Première Ligue has been particularly encouraging. After beating Lens (2-0), Strasbourg (2-0) and Nantes (1-0), Paulo César’s players confirmed their strong form away to Fleury, where they won 3-1. With eight goals scored and just one conceded in the league, PSG have found a balance that allows them to approach this fixture with ambition!

This momentum has also carried over to the European stage. Following a 1-1 draw away to Real Madrid, the Parisian side put in a commanding performance against OH Leuven, securing a 5-0 victory, before returning to league action. This run of positive results means they can approach the big clash against Lyon with confidence, even though they know the stakes will be higher.
