Cars zooming down Las Vegas Boulevard will top 215 mph, but can your Formula 1 Grand Prix plans keep pace with the action on the track? Every year, the schedule gets bigger, better and more glamorous for the 300,000 speed-seekers who converge on the city for race weekend — and 2026 is no different.
This year's horsepowered event, which runs November 19 to 21, brings opportunities to sleep in mega-suites, shop new gear collections, enjoy meals with superstar chefs and, of course, nibble on caviar served in a racing helmet.
Here's what's new around town and what annual hotel happenings are worth another lap.
Many race tickets include unlimited food and drinks, but leave room for one of Las Vegas' greatest attractions: an elevated dinner. Chef Gabriela Cámara's Cantina Contramar opened at Fontainebleau in March and offers numerous reasons to make a reservation before heading to the track.
From November 19 to 21, dinner service starts at 4 p.m., leaving plenty of time for a few Mexico City favorites before dark. Start with crispy tuna tostadas, then the Pescado a la Talla Contramar, a whole grilled fish dressed in a red adobo and a green parsley rub. The Tacos de Gaoneras fill fresh tortillas with wagyu tenderloin, grilled onions and charred salsa.
Over at Solo Lounge, the pop-up Shoey Bar puts a collectible spin on the "Shoey," the podium celebration made famous by former Formula 1 driver Daniel Ricciardo, who drank champagne from his racing shoe. Just 300 Fontainebleau Race Club Shoeys will be available. Specialty cocktails feature Tequila Volcán de mi Tierra and Cointreau.
Score an invite to the exclusive VROOM ROOM party on November 20 for its fourth year in Poodle Room, the resort's private members' club. Corso Marketing Group, Race Service and Dorsia are behind the one-night extravaganza, which brings music, celebrity guests and the racing crowd together high above the Strip.
Fontainebleau also runs shuttles to the track for Paddock Club ticket holders who show a credential at North Valet. Departures run November 19 from 2:15 to 11:30 p.m., November 20 from 2:15 to 10:30 p.m. and November 21 from 2:15 p.m. to midnight.
Bellagio's Shoey Bar returns for race week with more over-the-top options. Order The Kit, caviar service with accompaniments presented in a transformed racing helmet, plus two Shoey cocktails and white-gloved butler service.
On November 19, Tokyo yakiniku (a type of Japanese barbecue) restaurant Yoroniku brings its grilled-meat expertise to Yellowtail for one day, with cocktail pairings by acclaimed bartender Shingo Gokan (of Sip & Guzzle fame). Yellowtail also stays open until 3 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.
Keep the spirits high at Bellagio's ultra-exclusive cocktail bar, The Vault, where New York's Superbueno takes over November 19 to 21 with agave drinks and late-night plates. The lounge will be open from 5 p.m. to midnight on Thursday and until 2 a.m. Friday and Saturday.
Bellagio Fountain Club puts you above Lake Bellagio as race cars fly down the Strip's fastest straightaway. Returning chefs like José Andrés, David Chang, Mario Carbone, Masaharu Morimoto and Jean-Georges Vongerichten will handle the culinary spreads.
This year's additions include two-time "Tournament of Champions" winner Maneet Chauhan, Bravo's 2026 Top Chef champion Rhoda Magbitang and Britt Rescigno, whose television victories include Chopped and Beat Bobby Flay. Eleazar Villanueva, executive chef of Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star Joël Robuchon at MGM Grand, and San Francisco's David Nayfeld of Che Fico also join the lineup. The restaurant roster stretches from Japan's Yoroniku to Adept Hospitality's Sushi Bar, where the chef serves omakase directly to guests.
Also appearing are The Cheese Store of Beverly Hills, ARIA's Gymkhana, The Cosmopolitan's Zuma and the anticipated fall arrival, The Corner Store. Behind the bar, Shingo Gokan and New York's Schmuck join the cocktail offerings.
Three-night tickets include unlimited premium food and drinks, front-row seating, private indoor and rooftop hospitality decks, racing simulators, entertainment and DJs taking over the rooftop for race-weekend parties.
Book a Racetrack View Suite at Four-Star The Palazzo, where the circuit sweeps past Sphere and down the Strip. Suites start at 720 square feet, leaving plenty of room to settle in before Saturday night's race.
Upgrade your race wardrobe at The Venetian's two-story F1 Hub, open from November 7 to 29. Alongside official team gear and merchandise from races around the world, look for new collaborations with Etai LA, jeweler Greg Yuna and Off Season, the fan apparel label founded by NFL wife Kristin Juszczyk and SKIMS co-founder Emma Grede. Off Season's oversized faux leather racer jacket and fitted women's version are wearable well beyond the grandstands.
Etai LA brings 3D-printed pieces and a hoodie-and-T-shirt collaboration with artist Felipe Pantone, while Yuna's customization station lets you build a more personal souvenir with "Yunits" charms, including 3D-printed designs and real gemstones. During race week (November 18 to 22), the Hub opens at 8 a.m. and closes at 9 p.m.
At The Venetian's Wakuda, festivities kick off on November 14 with the Art of Assemblage: a conversation with IWA Sake founder and former Dom Pérignon cellar master Richard Geoffroy and chef Tetsuya Wakuda, followed by 10 courses paired with sake. On November 18, Wakuda leads Pole Position Omakase at 5 p.m. in the restaurant's eight-seat Omakase Room. The next evening, Tyler Florence joins him for an eight-course Two Masters, One Circuit meal with beverage pairings.
After the podium celebrations on November 21, the Backstreet Boys headline the inaugural F1 Afterparty, the Las Vegas Grand Prix's official post-race show at Sphere. Their "Into the Millennium" residency has become one of Vegas' biggest draws, mixing '90s nostalgia and familiar choreography with immersive visuals that turn a boy-band singalong into a trip through space. Fans arrive dressed in white in homage to the Millennium album cover, and demand has repeatedly extended a run of more than 60 sold-out performances. Make a weekend of it with a package that combines the party with three days of racing in the T-Mobile Zone at Sphere. For a shorter trip back to bed, Vibee curated experiences bundle a stay at The Venetian, which connects to Sphere, with race and concert tickets.
The invite-only Velocity Club, above the resort's outdoor canal, is the place to watch the race as drivers exit Turn 12. The nightly culinary program draws from The Venetian's restaurant lineup, with Wolfgang Puck, Byron Lazaroff-Puck, Thomas Keller, Tetsuya Wakuda, Simon Kim and José Andrés participating. VIP guests have access to The Venetian Resort Suite at the Paddock Club, with track views, podium celebrations and fireworks. The Venetian is also the official base for the BWT Alpine Formula One Team, now in its fourth year as a team partner, and the F1 Hub stocks blue-and-pink merch.
Race weekend gives nightlife lovers a look at the Four-Star Wynn's redesigned XS Nightclub. Seventeen years after its debut, the club reopens November 5 following an extensive renovation, with RÜFÜS DU SOL, The Chainsmokers, Calvin Harris and Diplo B2B HUGEL playing opening weekend.
Two weeks later, XS keeps the music going for another four-night run. HUGEL starts November 19 with special guests Alec Monopoly and Gatano, followed by The Chainsmokers on November 20. Calvin Harris takes over after the race on November 21, and RÜFÜS DU SOL closes the run with a DJ set on November 22.
Lewis Hamilton's streetwear brand, +44, returns to Encore Esplanade with a pop-up boutique and a limited-edition collection. Wynn also has its own race-inspired gear, created this year with Sportiqe.
On November 20, The Female Quotient and F1 ACADEMY unveil the FQ Lounge, focused on women's roles in motorsports and business and expanding opportunities in both, to Delilah.
Rick Bayless and Martha Stewart cook up two new cocktail-powered daytime events for race week. On November 19 at 1 p.m., chef Bayless joins the team from Barcelona's SIPS Drinkery House for "Sips and Dips." Between cocktails and Bayless' bites, the conversation explores how Spanish flavors made their way into Mexican cooking. Guests also get time with the chef and bartenders.
SIPS also takes over VISTA Cocktail Lounge at Caesars Palace from October 31 through December 31. The bar blends drinks with distinctly Spanish design sensibilities: Mosaic pairs pisco with a painted glass inspired by Barcelona's modernist art while Purple Rain reworks the whiskey sour with bourbon, wild sour honey and beetroot.
On November 20 at 1 p.m., Stewart hosts a cocktail reception at The Bedford by Martha Stewart, the restaurant modeled after her 1925 farmhouse. Guests sip champagne and taste dishes inspired by the new afternoon tea menu served before the evening's on-track action. Stewart demonstrates a cocktail, and each attendee gets to take home a signed cookbook.
On November 20, San Francisco chef Dominique Crenn teams up with Izu Ani, the Nigerian-born, London-raised toque behind the standout Greek-Mediterranean restaurant Gaia, at Four-Star Kusa Nori. The one-night, three-course dinner is part of the resort's Savor Society series.
Head upstairs to Allē Lounge on 66, where New York's Double Chicken Please bar showcases its food-inspired approach to cocktails. The bar, known for turning dishes like cold noodles and pizza into drinks, will serve a collection that co-founder GN Chan and his team made exclusively for Race World. The November 20 takeover runs from 5 p.m. to 2 a.m., with views of the city and race circuit.
For fans who can't make it to the Grand Prix in person, Apple TV is the exclusive U.S. home of the Las Vegas race. The five-year partnership, which began this season, includes every practice, qualifying session and main event, with all practice sessions available free in the Apple TV app. Subscribers can follow the full race weekend live and on demand.
Cadillac arrives in Las Vegas for its first race on the Strip circuit, with Sergio Pérez and Valtteri Bottas driving for Formula 1's 11th team. Ahead of the season opener, the team's official spirits partner, Jim Beam, debuted the campaign film "Raised Together" that traces a shared history: founder Jim Beam drove a jar of proprietary yeast home each night in his Cadillac to safeguard the ingredient behind the family bourbon.
The Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Las Vegas Club comes back to the Koval Zone, where its three-floor hospitality space and terrace overlook cars sweeping through Turn 4. Driver appearances are planned on all three days, with live cooking stations, specialty cocktails and a complimentary bar keeping guests refreshed between sessions. Live commentary follows the on-track action, while a team simulator lets guests test their own skills. A replica car provides photo opportunities and guests take home a memorabilia gift each day.
Zuma's new partnership with the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team extends to the Las Vegas Club on race weekend. As the team's exclusive lifestyle and dining curator, the Japanese restaurant brand brings its hospitality approach to a multi-year collaboration spanning several stops on the calendar.
House 44 does another circuit at the Las Vegas Grand Prix, bringing Lewis Hamilton's partnership with Soho House into the F1 Paddock Club. In the main pit building, the suite overlooks the pit lane and start-finish straight, with Soho House cocktails, displays of Hamilton's helmets and +44 pieces, DJ sets and acoustic sessions between the action. The three-day experience includes pit-lane walks and a guided paddock tour, subject to availability. Hamilton and other VIP guests are also scheduled to drop by.
