Week 7 was one of the most chaotic we've seen in quite some time. As a result, we're sure to see major shakeups in the US LBM Coaches Poll on Sunday.
Both No. 1 and No. 2 went down on Saturday as Georgia lost to Auburn on a walk-off field goal while Notre Dame lost a defensive battle on the road against BYU. Another top-five team — Indiana — fell at home to Ohio State, while a pair of top 10 SEC teams suffered upset losses as Alabama lost at Tennessee while Texas dropped its second game in a row in a home bout against Florida.
All that chaos makes predicting the top 25 heading into Week 8 fairly tricky, but we're going to give it our best go. Here's how we see the coaches poll shaping up as we approach Week 8.
