Kintu wants to build on UPPC point at Blacks Power

URA coach Jimmy Kintu Mwera wants his side to build on a point earned from their goalless draw with Entebbe UPPC when they visit Blacks Power at their new home in Bukedea on Saturday.

The tax collectors had lost three matches on the bounce before drawing with the Printers and now face an equally desperate Blacks Power eager to get back to winning ways after losing three in a row.

“In the last game, I believe we deserved more but we take a point and we shall build on that against Blacks Power,” said Kintu who also anticipates a different environment following their opponents’ exit from Hoima City stadium where the fixture was meant to be hosted.

“The changes affected our plan and we expect a different environment but there is no excuse, we want three points.”

URA are 15th with only four points while Blacks Power are on nine points but last won a league match on September 8 when they overcome Maroons at Wankulukuku.

They have since lost to BUL (2-1), Vipers (0-4) and Mbarara City (2-1) which left them in 8th position with nine points.
