Huracán de Ingeniero White secured its place in the third round of the Torneo Regional Federal Amateur by defeating Independiente de San Cayetano 1 to 0 at the renovated Bruno Lentini stadium, completing a 3 to 1 aggregate victory in the Región Pampeana Sur playoffs.

The decisive blow in the return leg arrived in the second half, when Iván Agudiak found the back of the net. That strike extended the aggregate lead for the whitense squad, rendering a comeback difficult for the visitors from San Cayetano.

The Path Through the Opening Leg

The series took shape a week earlier when Huracán claimed a 2 to 1 victory on the road in San Cayetano. In that initial encounter, Lautaro Ceratto and Iván Agudiak provided the goals for the visiting side, while Nahuel Arce converted for the hosts. That away win established the foundation for the club’s advancement under Mauro Brunelli.
