Jack Moylan's red-hot start to the season for club and country has been enough to convince RTÉ soccer pundit Alan Cawley that the Dubliner's rising trajectory is only going to continue to soar.
Moylan was on the goal trail again on Saturday, scoring the first and making the second for Cardiff in a 2-2 draw at Middlesbrough. That brings the former Shelbourne schemer to a total of six goals and three assists in just 11 Championship games so far this season.
That's been enough to convince Cawley that Moylan's form - and class - are not just temporary.
"Jack is absolutely flying - I think Jack is only going that way [up]," Cawley said on this week's episode of the RTÉ Soccer Podcast.

"It's only early days, you don't want to be getting too carried away but Cardiff will be doing well to hold onto him if he keeps up this level of form, he's absolutely flying."
Moylan earned promotion from League 1 with Lincoln City last term having moved across the channel after excelling at Shels. Cardiff, runners up to Moylan's Imps, also made the leap to the second tier - with Moylan in turn making the move to Wales.
Many observers on this side of the water feel his next move, should he make one, could see him add to the ever-growing Irish contingent at Keith Andrews' Brentford - particularly with his old Shels boss, Damien Duff, now part of Andrews' back-room team as assistant manager.
"He could go up another level and I think he will," Cawley predicted.
"There is one club I have in mind - who probably a lot of people have in mind - because of his close connection with a couple of the staff members and with the Irish connection at the club.
"I could see him there in that environment, I think he's a fantastic player. The trajectory he's on at the moment and the way he's playing, I'd love to see it. I really think he can step up.
"In the modern game, he's so athletic and dynamic in his running power. I think he would make the jump in that area as well. Top clubs are so focused on that now, he can even improve in that department if he got a big move."
Beside Cawley on the podcast couch, fellow pundit Paul Corry tapped the brakes slightly on the runaway enthusiasm surrounding Moylan following his fantastic international window against Kosovo, Austria and Israel.
The young playmaker has now scored four goals in just six international caps but former Sheffield Wednesday player Corry suggests we may need to temper our expectations somewhat as to just how hgh Moylan's ceiling may be.
"His last couple of performances would certainly suggest he can step up," Corry said.
"He must have gathered so much confidence from the international window and playing with the likes of Troy [Parrott] and some of the other players who are playing at a higher level and the impact that he had in those games for Ireland.
"You can see he's taken that back into his club form - and to be fair, he'd scored a couple of goals coming into the window... the nature of his goal against Middlesbrough - a stepover in the box and hammer it past the keeper.... as long as he continues to score goals and influence games at the top end of the pitch, there'll be clubs looking.
"Brentford would be a huge jump. In my eyes, it's probably a little bit too big [a leap] for now."
