Alabama could be without Ryan Coleman-Williams for multiple weeks after the star wide receiver underwent arthroscopic knee surgery on a meniscus injury, ESPN's Katie George reported Saturday (h/t ESPN's Alex Scarborough).
"While the timeline for his return is unclear, sources told ESPN that Coleman-Williams is considered week-to-week," Scarborough reported.
Coleman-Williams had already been ruled out for Saturday's game against Tennessee with what coach Kalen DeBoer confirmed were knee and head injuries.
He had previously played with a knee brace for two games, per AL.com's Creg Stephenson. The wide receiver was then forced to leave last week's matchup against Georgia following a helmet-to-helmet hit in the fourth quarter.
