Cristiano Ronaldo is fit and expected to lead the line for Al-Nassr tonight when they host NEOM SC in Week 10 of the 2026–27 Saudi Pro League at Alawwal Park. Despite recent disciplinary headlines from the international circuit, the Portuguese captain faces no domestic restrictions or fitness issues and is slated to feature in manager Ange Postecoglou's starting eleven.  Cristiano Ronaldo Handed 30-Day Suspension and INR 27,183 Fine for Walking Out of Portugal Camp.

Impact of Recent Portugal Suspension on Club Duty

Questions surrounding Ronaldo's availability emerged after the Portuguese Football Federation handed the 41-year-old a 30-day suspension and a €255 fine following his departure from the national team camp during the September UEFA Nations League window.

However, that disciplinary action applies exclusively to international fixtures with Portugal and was backdated to 30 September. It carries no jurisdiction over domestic Saudi Pro League or AFC Champions League Elite competitions, leaving the forward fully eligible to play against NEOM SC.

Fitness and Recent Form

On the pitch, Ronaldo remains in strong goalscoring form and has shown no signs of physical fatigue. He completed the full 90 minutes on 12 October during Al-Nassr’s 3–1 victory over Uzbek club FC Neftchi Fergana in the AFC Champions League Elite, scoring his side's second goal in the 42nd minute.

Prior to his continental outing, he also found the back of the net in a 3–0 league triumph over Diriyah Club on 9 October.
