The upcoming Friday Night SmackDown is set to feature a special Halloween-themed episode on October 30 as the blue brand continues its build towards Crown Jewel 2026. The show, titled “Danhausen’s Very Nice, Very Evil SmackDown,” will feature three championship matches and appearances from several prominent superstars.

The October 30 episode will take place at the Charleston Coliseum in Charleston, West Virginia. One of the title matches announced on the night is for the AAA Cruiserweight Championship. Reigning champion Rey Fenix will also defend his title against Ricky Saints.

After Saints had been demanding another title shot. Their rivalry intensified following a controversial disqualification finish. Fenix looks to decisively silence his outspoken challenger, while Saints aims to prove he finally belongs at the top and capture the gold.

That match also provided another title challenge. On the October 23 episode of Blue Brand, Trick Williams confronted Sami Zayn during a heated promo segment. Williams got under the champion’s skin by reminding Zayn that he already holds a victory over him from WrestleMania 42, using that leverage to demand a shot at the top title.

Later that same night, Williams pinned Ricky Saints in a blockbuster six-man tag team main event—teaming with Penta and Rey Fenix to defeat Zayn, Johnny Gargano, and Saints. This huge pinfall victory prompted General Manager Nick Aldis to officially grant Williams the championship match.

On the night Chelsea Green puts the WWE Women’s Championship on the line against Nikki Bella. On the October 16 episode, following Nikki’s victory over Paige, Green offered an immediate title opportunity. “The Fearless One” declined the initial date due to scheduling conflicts with Hall of Famer activities, deliberately picking October 30 as the night she would challenge the champion.
