Smriti Mandhana has won her first series as India’s official T20I captain. India have taken an unassailable 2-0 lead in the ongoing series against Zimbabwe Women. The visitors have failed to compete with the bat, and their bowling was dreadful in the last game.

Shafali Verma produced another match-winning performance in the last game; she slammed 55 off 25 balls to take India to their fastest 100+ run chase in women’s T20Is. Now, the Women in Blue can complete a 3-0 clean sweep in the next match.

The third T20I will be played on Tuesday at 7 PM IST at Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh International Stadium, Raipur.
