Sundowns recorded a narrow 1-0 win over Marumo Gallants while Sekhukhune United beat Richards Bay FC 3-1.
Golden Arrows were the biggest winners with a 4-0 thumping win of Chippa United in the Carling Knockout Cup Last 16.
Stellenbosch were the last team to confirm their place in the quarterfinals of the Carling Knockout Cup after beating Durban City 2-0 on Wednesday.
Sinoxolo Kwayiba netted a second half brace, thanks to substitute Lateef Kazeem who proved instrumental in attack for Stellies.
