15 fab photos as thousands of Black Cats fans takeover Poznan as Europa adventure continues

In keeping with the now familiar chant sung by SAFC fans, it has been another Sunderland takeover as thousands of fans arrived in Poland ahead of tonight’s third Europa League game against Lech Poznan.

Following on from last week’s 1-2 victory over Torreense in Portugal, the red and white army moved on to Poznan, with thousands of fans gathering last night in the city.

There were flags on display as fans congregated in the city’s Old Market Square to ‘sample’ the array of Polish beers and show their support for Sunderland AFC ahead of the game.

Fans have been sending their photographs of their time in Poland to the Sunderland Echo.
