A RUSSIAN goalkeeper delivered a stunning free-kick in the final moments of normal time, securing an astonishing lead for his team.

Ural’s Aleksandr Selikhov donned his yellow jersey and stepped up, facing a daunting 23.3 meters to the Chelyabinsk goalposts.

In the 87th minute, the 32-year-old summoned his bravery and delivered an extraordinary kick that flew straight towards the goal.

The Chelyabinsk goalkeeper was left helpless, stretching for the near post yet still unable to reach the ball.

As Selikhov’s teammate kicked the ball into the Chelyabinsk net for good measure, the goalkeeper tumbled to the ground.

Crowds of visiting fans erupted into celebrations, as a sea of orange-clad players rushed towards the vibrant scene.

The crowd was awash with orange and green colors as supporters waved their scarves and flags.

Even the stewards were seen applauding the incredible moment, alongside the substitutes.

However, the excitement didn’t end there.

Four minutes into injury time, Brazilian center-back Italo scored again, extending the scoreline to 3-1.

This victory propelled Ural into the top four of the Russian First League, albeit still trailing leaders Nizhny Novgorod by a significant 12 points.

Meanwhile, Chelyabinsk solidified their position in the middle of the table at 12th place.
