Patrick Maswanganyi Reportedly Leaves Al-Khaldiya SC After Two Months

Former Orlando Pirates midfielder Patrick “Tito” Maswanganyi has reportedly had his contract with Bahraini club Al-Khaldiya SC terminated with immediate effect after spending approximately two months at the club.

According to reports, the decision followed an alleged disciplinary incident in the dressing room involving a member of the technical team. Although the club has not publicly provided full details surrounding the reported termination, local Bahraini reports have linked the decision to disciplinary concerns.

Maswanganyi's reported departure means the South African midfielder could once again be looking for a new club just months after beginning his spell abroad.

The development has sparked speculation among South African football supporters about his next move, with some suggesting that a return to the Premier Soccer League (PSL) could be on the cards.

Orlando Pirates has also been mentioned in discussions among fans, although there has been no official confirmation of a possible reunion with the Soweto giants.

As of the latest reports, Maswanganyi has yet to publicly comment on the situation, and neither a potential return to South Africa nor a move to another club has been officially confirmed.

For now, his next career move remains uncertain as supporters await further developments regarding the midfielder's future.
