FC Barcelona and Assistència Sanitària have renewed their strategic alliance for the next five seasons, until June 2031. The new agreement continues a relationship dating back to 2005 and reaffirms the commitment of both parties to a collaborative model that has made health, sport and excellence the major points of common ground.

Assistència Sanitària will continue to be the FC Barcelona's official medical partner and the main sponsor of its professional sports teams, maintaining its role as the Club's provider of medical services. The new agreement also expands the insurance company's involvement in the Club's sporting activities by including the amateur sports teams, the Barça Foundation Genuine Basketball team, and support for the Sport4All project, which aims to promote access to sport and social inclusion for children and young people with disabilities, both physical and intellectual.

The extension of the sponsorship strengthens a shared commitment to a sporting model deeply rooted in the local area, hence the collaboration with the amateur sports teams, and presence at all stages of sporting activity, from youth development and amateur sport to elite performance, without overlooking sport's social dimension.

For more than twenty years, Assistència Sanitària has supported FC Barcelona as its medical insurance provider, offering healthcare coverage to athletes and giving them access to its network of professionals, medical centres, Barcelona Hospital, and Assisport for specialised care and diagnostic testing whenever required, with medical expertise and quality of care serving as the cornerstones of its activity.

Under the slogan "United for Excellence," the two organisations have built a relationship founded on shared values such as teamwork, commitment, perseverance, and the constant pursuit of excellence. The renewal of the agreement ensures continuity for this long-standing partnership and moves the alliance into the future, with a strengthened presence in both the sporting and social areas.
