The two huge moments WWE has set up in women’s title scene — if they play their cards right

WWE’s women’s division is a healthy place — and set up for two huge moments for Tiffany Stratton and Roxanne Perez if done right

Stratton cashing in on WWE women’s champion Chelsea Green has felt inevitable since the moment the Money in the Bank match ended and did so again during SmackDown on Friday. There was just this shot of a disappointed Stratton standing right next to her on-screen bestie, Green, after she was unable to cash in on a perfectly weakened Women’s World champion Liv Morgan after the ref took an obscene amount of time talking to Stratton before never actually making the attempt official. We have seen this spot so many times that there is no excuse for it being mucked up this badly.

Still, it only enhances the feeling that Stratton was going to take Green’s title away and turn heel again. So how do you make it different than Stratton’s first cash-in on Nia Jax in 2025?

The easy way is she becomes the first woman to fail to cash in, and then you can still launch a program between her and Green with Stratton stopping at nothing to undo the embarrassment of her failed cash-in by becoming champion again.
