England midfielder Jude Bellingham has reached a verbal agreement with Real Madrid on a new contract that will keep him at the club until June 2031.
The 23-year-old’s new deal will extend his current contract, which expires in June 2029, by two years. The club must complete formal steps before it can officially confirm the agreement.
Bellingham is expected to be the next to secure a contract extension, following reported agreements involving Turkish midfielder Arda Güler and Belgian goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois, as Madrid continue efforts to retain key squad members.
Since joining the Spanish giants from Borussia Dortmund in 2023, Bellingham has become an influential figure, combining midfield duties with attacking contributions.
The extension would underline Madrid’s commitment to keeping the England international as the club continues building their squad around key players for the coming seasons.
