Hearts were top of the Scottish Premiership for most of last season, and looked set to break the Old Firm’s 40+ year stranglehold on the Scottish top flight.

The title race with Celtic went down to the final day of the season where Hearts faced the daunting task of getting a result at a rocking Celtic Park.

The Gorgie faithful’s dreams were dashed as goals from Arne Engels, Daizen Maeda and Callum Osmand sealed a 3-1 victory for Celtic and the Glasgow club’s 56^th league title.

The documentary, which will be released at 4pm on Friday, will relive the jubilation of the title hunt and the despair of the ultimate defeat.

One interviewee described the title fight as a “classic David vs Goliath” story, while another added “if Hearts win this league, I don’t give a s**te what happens to me”.
