Dalton Smith and Alberto Puello make weight for WBC 140lbs title fight

Dalton Smith and Alberto Puello were both inside the 140lbs limit ahead of their WBC junior welterweight title fight tomorrow at Sheffield, England’s Utilita Arena.

Home favorite Smith will be making the first defense of the title he won back in January with a fifth round finish against Subriel Matias. The traveling challenger, Puello, was first on the scales, weighing it at 139.6lbs. Smith was next up, and hit the scales exactly the same at 139.6lbs.
