This club is still very close to my heart. The highest position Arrows has ever reached in the top flight was under my leadership. That ambition to repeat the feat was still alive within me. After winning practically everything there was to win in my previous stint, I wanted a different challenge. I wanted to go back to working with young players and put myself to the test. I don’t want to retire as a coach without experiencing the daily stress and pressure that come with the job I have now. "I told the team: 'the most important thing will be what we do when we don't have the ball.' But, looking at the attack, I feel we aren't creating enough chances. We still have this ailment in front of goal. When I arrived, the statistics already showed a drastic drop in our touches in the penalty area, forward passes, and all other attacking metrics. You have to keep an eye on this to improve play in the final third, but at the same time, you cannot compromise your defensive consistency.
