Holiday (hand) isn't listed on the injury report for Wednesday's game against the Suns.
Holiday sat out Friday's preseason finale due to right hand soreness, though he'll return to action in Wednesday's regular-season opener. The veteran guard appears likely to begin the season with the second unit, and he faces competition for playing time from Scoot Henderson and Vit Krejci.
