The FSU Seminoles have suffered another blow, with wide receiver Duce Robinson suffering a season-ending ACL tear against the Clemson Tigers, according to ESPN's Pete Thamel.

Robinson, a former All-American, led FSU with 24 receptions for 438 yards and four touchdowns. He was forced to leave the game against Clemson after the injury and was seen on the sidelines without his helmet as FSU lost 36-24, with the defeat ultimately costing head coach Mike Norvell his job.

He was one of the best wide receivers in the ACC last season, catching 56 passes for 1,081 yards and six touchdowns. His 90.1 yards per game led the conference, and he was named to the All-ACC First Team. He had the chance to enter the NFL draft, but elected to return to FSU for his senior season, with the FSU legacy wanting to be part of turning the program around.

While his production dipped in 2026, his two best games were against the Alabama Crimson Tide and Miami Hurricanes, FSU's two toughest opponents. He caught six passes for 135 yards and one touchdown against Alabama and five passes for 113 yards and two touchdowns against Miami.

With Robinson done for the year, the Seminoles will have to rely on speedster Micahi Danzy, sophomore Jayvan Boggs, and freshman Jasen Lopez. Danzy has been their No. 2 wide receiver the past two seasons and has 23 receptions for 401 yards and three touchdowns this season.
