Jude and Jobe Bellingham could make history as the first brothers to play for England at the same time after being named in Thomas Tuchel's latest squad.
Jude is of course no stranger to the Three Lions set-up, having earned 60 caps and scored 14 goals for the side. His brother Jobe in the meantime has worked his way up through the system, having played for England from under-15 level, all the way up until under-21a. And he has now been handed his first senior call-up.
It is just reward for the 21-year-old, who appears to have got to grips with live at Borussia Dortmund after a slow start to his career in Germany.
The midfielder moved to Dortmund follwing a spell with Sunderland, who he joined from Blues in 2023. He made 49 appearances across his debut campaign, scoring once.
He has already made a further 14 appearances and has three assists to his name.
In the meantime, his brother Jude continues to shine for Spanish giants Real Madrid. The midfielder has been a star player at the Bernabeu ever since his arrival from Dortmund back in 2023. He has made 155 appearances for Real Madrid, scoring 51 times - five of those goals having come this season.
England will be aiming to secure their place at the Nations League finals over the coming fortnight with the help of the Bellingham brothers.
Tuchel's side at first take on Croatia at Wembley next Thursday before a showdown with Spain in Madrid.
