Kentucky makes final four list for top ten 2027 guard

Mark Pope and Kentucky basketball received some good recruiting news on Monday. First, they gained a prediction to land elite center Cheriff Millogo. Then, guard Adan Diggs revealed that he was down to four schools, and the Wildcats made the cut.

Per On3's Joe Tipton, Diggs is choosing between Kentucky, Arkansas, Arizona, and the USC Trojans, and is looking to make a decision soon. He is expected to announce a commitment in November.

Diggs is a 6'4", 180 lb combo guard out of Arizona who does a bit of everything. On the Nike EYBL circuit, he averaged 18 points, 6 rebounds, 3 assists, and 2 steals per game. He is currently rated five stars by 247Sports, and ranks as their No. 6 overall player in the class.

Kentucky already has four-star forward Ryan Hampton on board for next year, and landing both Millogo and Diggs would be a massive win for Pope, who has been criticized for his lack of top recruits. Diggs is definitely a top recruit, and would halt some of that criticism. We will continue to follow this story.
