USA TODAY Sports Super 15 Southwest region football rankings, Week 10

Unlike most of the country last week, the Southwest region went unscathed when it came to the top high school football teams in the region and their Week 9 results.

While one team did have a close call, the other 14 cruised to wins, setting up some huge showdowns this week that could force some changes going forward.

Here are USA TODAY Sports' Week 10 Southwest Region Super 15 rankings.

1. Allen (TX)

A 56-point first-half outburst ultimately led the Eagles to a 70-15 win over Prosper Rock Hill (TX) and their second consecutive 70-point performance. Jrue Simmons led their ground game with 98 yards and two touchdowns on 10 carries.

2. North Crowley (Fort Worth, TX)

Mansfield Lake Ridge (TX) had no answer for North Crowley's duo of Kiante Ingram (150 yards, three touchdowns) and G'Yrell Smith (123 yards, two touchdowns). The Panthers gave up a season-high in points but still rolled to a 76-35 win.

3. North Shore (TX)

The Mustangs were off last week.

4. Waxahachie (TX)

The Indians had their best defensive performance of the season on Friday, beating Red Oak (TX) 48-3. Jerry Meyer III led the Waxahachie offense, going 22-of-30 passing for 303 yards and four touchdowns.

5. Bixby (OK)

A dominant ground game propelled the Spartans to a 58-0 win over Norman North (OK) and the program's now won 23 games in a row. As a team, they ran the ball 41 times for 301 yards and five touchdowns in the win.

6. Randle (Richmond, TX)

Five-star Texas commit and ALL-USA midseason selection Landen Williams-Callis needed just 10 carries to go off for 364 yards and seven touchdowns. The Lions have now scored 80 or more points three times this season.

7. Broken Arrow (OK)

Down by three after a quarter, Broken Arrow went off for 28 second-quarter points. That was more than enough to secure the 35-10 win over Mustang (OK).

8. Prosper (TX)

Tyler Albert and Hudson Bowman could not be stopped in Prosper's 54-31 win over Jesuit (TX). Albert threw for 248 yards and three touchdowns while Bowman ran for 237 yards and three more touchdowns.

9. DeSoto (TX)

Texas Tech four-star running back commit and ALL-USA Southwest selection SaRod Baker led the Eagles with 168 yards and four rushing touchdowns, but Wyatt Davis also had a big night. Davis accounted for 129 yards and three more touchdowns in DeSoto's 54-0 win over Mansfield Summit (TX).

10. Southlake Carroll (TX)

A 13-point second and fourth quarter proved to be the difference for the Dragons on Friday night as they held off Keller (TX) 40-28. Quarterback Hudson Tomcheck accounted for three touchdowns in the 12-point win.

11. South Oak Cliff (Dallas, TX)

There aren't many teams in the Lone Star State that have been as efficient offensively as the Golden Bears, who have now scored 60 or more points in four straight games. They had five different players rush for a touchdown in a 68-6 win over Poteet (TX).

12. CE King (Houston, TX)

The Panthers were off last week.

13. Cherry Creek (Greenwood Village, CO)

Leading by 17 at the half, a dominant third quarter propelled the Bruins to a 31-17 win over Eaglecrest (OK). Eaglecrest scored two touchdowns in the fourth quarter, but the game was already out of reach.

14. Duncanville (TX)

Along with pitching a first-half shutout, the Panthers leaned on a potent ground game to beat Crowley (TX) 28-15. Joe McKinney ran for 111 yards and two touchdowns while Brayden Arnold also added two more touchdowns.

15. Carl Albert (Midwest City, OK)

After some early season scares, the Titans appear to be rounding into form. Their streak sits at 61 consecutive wins now as they dominated Duncan (OK) 47-20.
