Premier League fans were treated to one of the craziest matches of the 2026/2027 season so far in the draw between Manchester United and Aston Villa.
The match went back and forth before ultimately ending in a draw, but Unai Emery was left unimpressed with proceedings at Old Trafford.
After the thrilling contest came to an end, the Spanish manager gave his thoughts in a typically unconventional interview post-match.
One of the most action-packed matches of the season took place at Old Trafford this weekend, as Aston Villa got off to a blistering start.
Scoring in the first and fourth minutes, it looked like yet another afternoon of misery for the Manchester United faifthful this year.
However, Bruno Fernandes scored a penalty on 16 minutes, before Youri Tielemens the equalised just before halftime.
Not for the first time this season though, United then fell away, John McGinn scoring a penalty as the second half began and Goretzka snatching a fourth to make it 4-2 for Villa.
With United looking finished though, six minutes of added time were added, presenting them with an opening.
The Manchester side duly capitalised, Joshua Zirksee scoring on 92 minutes and Patrick Dorgu equalising form a corner at the death.
The scenes left Emery furious, shaking opposite number Michael Carrick's hand before stalking down the touchline before full time was called.
When interviewed afterwards, the Spaniard let his feeling be know.
"More, more, more, more, more questions questions?!" he asked the Sky interviewer, before explaining why he left the match before the final whistle was blown.
"Because, they scored [in] the minute: 96 - not emotion - they scored the minute: 96, and I think the match was finishing.
"Not unfair. Please: they scored the goal in the minute: 96, you were making the question... I left before...because, was the minute: 96, after the second, when we started again the kick-off."
Whether he was frustrated with the result of the line of questioning, Emery cut a frustrated figure as he left the interview.
