On Monday morning, Adrian Yanez posted a picture of himself lying in a hospital bed to his Instagram Story.
The 32-year-old added a caption that confirmed he will no longer fight Juan Diaz at UFC 334.
“Starting off the week strong,” Yanez wrote alongside a crying laughing emoji.
“Humor is my way of coping.
“Really wanted to fight at MSG, the history there… and I wanted to be a part of it.
“I’ll be back soon tho. Lord willing.”
It remains unclear what forced Yanez out of his fight and into a hospital bed.

Once he is rebooked, UFC 334 will feature 12 fights and be among the strongest events of the year.
