After several rounds of negotiations, Bayern Munich finally announced on Thursday that Ballon d’Or winner Harry Kane has signed a contract extension until 2029.

Following the announcement, The Athletic reported that Kane has become the highest-paid player in European football in terms of salary under his new deal, but didn't disclose an exact figure.

Sky Germany has now revealed that Kane is set to earn more than €30 million gross per year, including bonuses. These are tied to domestic titles, success in the Champions League, winning another Ballon d’Or, and goals and assists.

According to Sky, this makes Kane the highest-paid player at Bayern Munich and in the Bundesliga, while also placing him among the three highest earners in European football when potential bonuses are taken into account.

Both local outlet AZ and Sky report that the contract doesn't include an option to extend Kane's stay by a further year until 2030.
