Man Utd winger Amad reportedly did not play in a behind-closed-doors friendly on Friday.

Roundtable claim that the Ivorian international “did not feature” during the 2-1 win over Swiss side Lausanne-Sport.

The game would have been a perfect opportunity for Amad to build up his fitness, having not featured so far this season after sustaining an ankle injury in training just before the opening day defeat to Hull City in August.

Head coach Michael Carrick had suggested that the forward would make his comeback after the international break, but it seems he may not be ready for action quite yet.

Marcus Rashford

Like Amad, the England international also didn’t play against Lausanne-Sport, although he doesn’t really need the minutes to build up his fitness.

Rashford sustained a groin injury against Fulham, but he was likely still in rehabilitation last Friday. It is hoped that he will be ready to feature this weekend.

Kobbie Mainoo

The midfielder is in the exact same situation as Rashford. He pulled out of international duty with England and watched the Lausanne-Sport friendly from the sidelines.

That means Mainoo is a doubt ahead of the Spurs game, but Carrick will be keen to have him back in the squad.

Matthijs de Ligt

The centre-back reportedly started the friendly against Lausanne-Sport on Friday, which suggests he is closing in on his first competitive appearance since November last year.

De Ligt could well be on the substitutes’ bench when the Red Devils take on Spurs this weekend.

Noussair Mazraoui

The fullback picked up a back injury during Morocco’s 2-0 win over Lesotho last month.

Mazraoui was not in the squad for the 1-1 draw against Mali on Sunday, and it would be a surprise if he starts against Tottenham on Saturday.

Patrick Dorgu

The winger sustained a hamstring injury whilst playing for Denmark against Wales. He was forced off just 30 minutes into the 2-0 win.

Dorgu’s history with hamstring problems makes this latest setback a concern. He spent several months on the sidelines last season.

Benjamin Sesko

The striker suffered a recurrence of a shin injury in the Carabao Cup defeat to Brighton last month.

Sesko is unlikely to feature for several weeks as the club attempt to get to the bottom of the issue that has plagued him since the end of last season.

Karl Darlow

The keeper withdrew from international duty with an unspecified injury. There is no suggestion that the problem is serious.

With that being the case, it is assumed that Darlow will take his place on the bench against Spurs.

Tom Heaton

A major hamstring injury has kept the 40-year-old on the treatment table since the start of August.

Heaton was forced off against Paris Saint-Germain in a friendly, and he has now been unavailable for over two months.

Manuel Ugarte

The Uruguayan international underwent surgery after picking up a serious knee injury at the World Cup.

Ugarte is unlikely to make his comeback before the end of the calendar year.
