The Gunners reportedly want to boost their chances of winning the Premier League and Champions League this season by bolstering their attack.
And the Mirror understands Arsenal remain sweet on Turkey international Yildiz, who is believed to hold a valuation of at least €100million (£83.4m).
The Athletic claims Arsenal made an enquiry for Yildiz in the summer, only for Serie A giants Juventus to insist he was not for sale.
Yildiz has recorded 27 goals and 21 assists in 132 games for the Serie A giants - an impressive return given he only turned 21 in May.
However, the winger has not featured for Juventus since the end of August as he continues to recover from a broken foot.
The Mirror understands Arsenal are also admirers of Bournemouth striker Eli Junior Kroupi ahead of the transfer window reopening in two months’ time.
France Under-21 international Kroupi is regarded as one of the best young players in Europe after sparkling for Bournemouth last season.
The 20-year-old scored 13 Premier League goals to help the Cherries finish sixth and qualify for this season’s Europa League in 2025-26.
However, the Mirror claims Arsenal face stiff competition from Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain for the €120m-rated (£100m) Kroupi.
And Bournemouth reportedly do not want to sell the marksman, who is easing his way back to full fitness after missing the start of the season.
Kroupi, who has also been linked with Barcelona, has made three substitute appearances for Bournemouth this term after sustaining a foot injury in pre-season.
Like Yildiz, Arsenal also considered signing Kroupi in the summer as they pushed to make a marquee addition to their front line.
Mikel Arteta’s men also pursued ambitious deals for Atletico Madrid hitman Julian Alvarez and Vinicius Junior of Real Madrid.
Despite missing out on signing a big-name forward, Arsenal have made a strong start to the season, winning 12 of their 15 games in all competitions.
