Fallon Sherrock made darts history on friday night as she stunned Luke Littler in a one-off Netflix event to win an astonishing £501,000 prize.

Sherrock's participation in the event, which saw 20 amateurs and hopefuls trying to beat Littler in a series of one-leg matches to scoop the huge sum of money, had attracted controversy because of her previous pedigree, with some arguing she was too good to be among the contenders.

She has established herself as one of the most recognisable names in darts since making history at Alexandra Palace in 2019. The 32-year-old, nicknamed the 'Queen of the Palace', became the first woman to claim victory in a match at the PDC World Darts Championship after defeating Ted Evetts, before producing a stunning upset against Mensur Suljovic.

The Milton Keynes-born star has since gone on to achieve further success by winning the Women's World Matchplay in 2022 and reaching the final once more in July of this year. She also brought an end to Beau Greaves' extraordinary 114-match unbeaten run in March before claiming her first Women's Series title of 2026 in August.

Sherrock has secured her spot at the forthcoming World Darts Championship in December after finishing third in the Women's Series rankings. It will mark her seventh appearance at Ally Pally as she looks to recapture the magic of her landmark run seven years ago, having failed to win a match at the iconic venue since.

Before then, however, Sherrock is celebrating winning the second biggest darts prize ever.

The competition saw 20 challengers given the opportunity to face teenage sensation Littler over a single leg of 501 in Manchester, with the staggering £501,000 prize on offer to the first person to beat him.

While Sherrock has generated considerable headlines for her achievements on the oche, her personal life away from darts has also drawn attention.

The former Women's World Matchplay champion previously shared a four-year relationship with a fellow darts professional before the couple parted ways.

Love life

Sherrock was previously in a relationship with Scottish darts player Cameron Menzies, with the duo becoming one of the sport's most recognisable couples after beginning their romance in 2021.

They initially connected through an online darts league during the pandemic and frequently practised together via Zoom before sharing their first date at KFC.

Menzies, a former plumber who switched to darts full-time, consistently acknowledged Sherrock's role in enhancing his performances.

He told Sky Sports in May 2025: "She's been a massive help," before disclosing that the pair would occasionally spend two or three hours practising together.

Nevertheless, their relationship concluded in 2025, with former professional Vincent van der Voort breaking the news on the Darts Draait Door podcast in July.

The Dutchman confirmed Sherrock had directly told him about the separation but conceded he was unaware of what had led to the relationship ending.

Menzies appears to have embarked on a new romance, having been associated with Suzanne Lewis earlier this year.

The couple posted affectionate photographs on social media, including an image of them kissing, accompanied by a message from Lewis expressing her appreciation for the Scotsman. Sherrock, in the meantime, has maintained a notably private stance regarding her personal life following the split.

There has been no public acknowledgement of a new partner as yet for Sherrock, known as 'Queen of the Palace'.

Net worth

Sherrock's precise net worth remains undisclosed, though the darts star had accumulated over £200,000 in prize money during her career, prior to Friday night's life-changing win.

Her revenue streams also extend well beyond tournament winnings, with sponsorship deals and exhibition engagements offering additional financial prospects.

She secured approximately £25,000 from her landmark progression to the third round of the 2020 World Darts Championship, which simultaneously established her as one of the sport's most recognisable personalities.

She also banked £14,150 on the PDC Women's Series circuit in 2026, claiming third position in the standings.
