Savio and Lucas Bergvall will miss Tottenham's huge clash with Coventry City - but Roberto De Zerbi has confirmed that Dejan Kulusevski will be part of the matchday squad.
After battling to a well-deserved 1-1 draw at Manchester United last weekend, De Zerbi took his Spurs players to Marbella this week on a warm-weather training camp.
The plan was to prepare them for their huge clash on Monday night, with Spurs still searching for their first win of the Premier League season.
Speaking ahead of Spurs' home match with Frank Lampard's side on Monday night, De Zerbi revealed the huge double injury blow with both Savio and Bergvall suffering knocks before the players travelled to Marbella.

He said: "No Savio, unfortunately Savio on Tuesday before leaving for Marbella felt a muscular problem and we have lost him for some weeks.
"And Lucas Bergvall because he had a problem in Manchester early on in the first chance he created for Dominic Solanke. He felt pain in his knee but felt fine and on Sunday he came to the training ground and he'll be out for two weeks."
But on more positive note, the manager said that Kulusevski will be on the bench on Monday night.
The Swede has not played for Spurs in more than 500 days following a serious knee injury, but featured in a behind-closed-doors match during the recent international break and he travelled to Old Trafford to offer support last weekend.
Now De Zerbi has confirmed another boost as the popular winger continues his injury recovery.
He added: "Yes, the medical staff have given the ok. It's probably the greatest news since the Everton game. He has suffered too much?"
Richarlison was also a topic discussed in Sunday morning's press conference, after the Brazilian striker appeared to aim a dig at De Zerbi on social media.
Former Everton interim boss Duncan Ferguson criticised the Spurs boss for the way he has treated Richarlison this season, and the former Toffees star - who has been banished from the first-team squad and forced to sell for U21s minutes - thanked his former manager for the support.
In response to the latest development, De Zerbi said: "It's not my problem any more. You have to ask Vinai or Johan. It's not my problem. I know as a coach I have to support and take responsibility even when it's not my responsibility.
"I have not decided anything in this situation. If he wants to speak to me he can find me in my office until 8.30am until the evening. But I don't want to speak any more because my focus is on the Coventry game."
