After another week of high school football, impressive performances were aplenty once again.
Below are five performances from players on teams ranked inside USA TODAY Sports latest Super 25 and an opportunity for the USA TODAY Sports audience to vote for who it believes should be named Super 25 Playmaker of the Week for Week 11 of the 2026 season.
Who gets your vote and will follow the footsteps of Trinity (KY) running back Ashton Taylor, who was named Super 25 Playmaker of the Week last week?
Fans can vote each hour for their top pick, with the poll closing at noon ET on Friday, November 6.
Ninth-ranked Sierra Canyon had no trouble with Bishop Amat (CA) in Week 11, rolling to a 56-7 win to improve to 10-0. In the win, Sierra Canyon sophomore Lance Brown showed off some efficiency, hauling in three passes and scoring on two of them while tallying 128 receiving yards.
Carrollton sophomore quarterback and Miami commit CJ Cypher has found himself on this list a number of times this season. The stat line that lands him on the list this week, however, might be his best of the year. In Carrollton's 48-17 win over East Coweta (GA), Cypher nearly threw for as many touchdowns as he did incompletions. Cypher finished the night 22/29 for 440 passing yards and six touchdowns. Cypher also tallied four rushes for 12 yards and another score.
In his first appearance in the storied St. John Bosco-Mater Dei rivalry, Mater Dei freshman quarterback Paytyn Guess helped the Monarchs to an impressive come-from-behind victory over the Braves. In the win, Guess went 11/15 through the air, good for 214 yards and three touchdowns. On the ground, Guess carried the ball 13 times, tallying 15 yards and another three scores. Guess also tossed the game-winning two-point conversion to help seal the deal for the Monarchs — a play that's up for USA TODAY Sports Play of the Week.
Playing a respectable Coffee team, Thomas County Central knew it might need to force a turnover to create some momentum in its favor. And late in the first quarter, the Yellow Jackets did just that as senior linebacker Tyson Johnson rose up to intercept a pass deep in Coffee territory, quickly taking it back the other way for an impactful Pick 6. Thomas County Central would go on to beat Coffee 26-7 in a game Johnson also contributed eight tackles and a tackle for a loss.
East St. Louis dismantled Reavis (IL) en route to a 69-0 win, improving the Flyers to 8-1 on the season. In the win, senior quarterback Reece Shanklin, an East Tennessee State commit, threw for 313 yards and four touchdowns on 11-of-15 passing. Shanklin also tallied another 73 yards and touchdown on four rushes.
