The Arizona Cardinals opened their practice week Wednesday for Sunday’s game against the Seattle Seahawks and released their first injury report of the week. They had 12 players listed and eight not practicing. The latter number has five that are not injury related, including quarterback Jacoby Brissett, who is on the verge of being traded to the Baltimore Ravens.
Not on the report are running back Jeremiyah Love and wide receiver Kendrick Bourne, who were placed on injured reserve Tuesday.
Right guard Isaiah Adams, who has been on injured reserve since Oct. 10 was back on the field as his 21-day practice window opened.
The full details of their Week 9 Wednesday injury report are below. Starters are noted with an asterisk.
*S Budda Baker (not injury related/rest)
QB Jacoby Brissett (not injury related-other)
*C Hjalte Froholdt (not injury related/rest)
*RG Jon Gaines II (ankle)
RB Bam Knight (concussion)
*LG Isaac Seumalo (not injury related/rest)
*OLB Josh Sweat (not injury related/rest)
*LT Jayden Williams (knee)
Williams was injured in Sunday’s game against the Cowboys and was replaced by Josh Fryar, who would likely start if Williams is unable to play. The backup tackles on the roster are Jedrick Wills Jr. and Albert Reese IV.
RG Isaiah Adams (ankle/practicing while on injured reserve)
*DL Walter Nolen III (ankle)
*WR Michael Wilson (not injury related/rest/ribs)
This was the first practice for Nolen since the week of the game against the Los Angeles Rams. He has missed the last two games.
Wilson suffered two broken ribs against Denver and was offered to take some days off, but he said even while hurting he’d rather practice to get reps to better prepare to play in games
WR Reggie Virgil (back)
Virgil collided with the goalpost late in the game against Dallas, but the good news is he had full participation in practice. Head coach Mike LaFleur felt good about Virgil on Monday where he said, “Reggie’s great, man. The goalpost took the hit, not ‘Reg.’ He had a smile on his face when he was lying there. That’s just ‘Reg.’”
The Seahawks had a walkthrough Wednesday after playing Monday night, so the injury designations are an estimate.

LB Connor O’Toole (foot)
NT Brandon Pili (back)
*WR/RS Rashid Shaheed (knee)
*DT Leonard Williams (stinger)
