The development at Medlock Square in the shadow of Manchester City's Etihad Stadium continues apace with the opening of the club's new flagship store.
The area behind the South Stand has been transformed with the addition of a new hotel, restaurants and fan plaza where some matches have been screened.
City's new store, which is their biggest and spans three floors, was attended by former players Joe Hart and Steph Houghton during its opening earlier this week.
Supporters were also able to take pictures of the trophies won by City sides last season, such as the FA Cup and Carabao Cup won by the men's team, the Women's FA Cup and FA Youth Cup.
Ronald Reijmers, vice president for global retail at Puma, said: "For City fans and Puma consumers, the store is where the brand comes to life.
"It's where fans get their first feel of the new kit, personalise their shirt with their name and take home something truly their own. The new City Store takes this experience to the next level."
Earlier this week, City announced plans for a new museum experience, which will open in December on the third floor of the new store.
