Holiday is out for Friday's preseason finale against the Warriors due to right hand soreness.
The 36-year-old veteran will skip Portland's final exhibition game with some soreness in his shooting hand, but this shouldn't be anything that impacts his status for Wednesday's regular-season opener against the Suns. With Holiday unavailable, expect more minutes for Scoot Henderson and Vit Krejci.
