For the first time in the young 2026-27 season, the Golden State Warriors have a bit of momentum. After starting the season 0-3, the Warriors have rattled off back-to-back wins over the Denver Nuggets and Minnesota Timberwolves to close a three game road swing. The Warriors will now return to the Bay Area to host the Luka Doncic and the Los Angeles Lakers in a highly-anticipated rematch from the season-opener.

Despite the Lakers blowing out the Warriors on opening night, it was the battle between Doncic and Yaxel Lendeborg that stole headlines. Doncic and Lendeborg famously went back-and-forth during the game, causing the Golden State rookie to pick up a technical foul. Following the game, Lendeborg called out Doncic, saying he lost all respect for the Lakers All-Star point guard. Lendeborg and Doncic will get a chance to battle again on Friday night at Chase Center.

Here's everything you need to know about Friday's contest, including how to watch and stream the game in San Francisco.
