The match takes place on Wednesday, February 18, at the MGroup Stadium and marks their first test since a narrow 4-3 defeat to league leaders Watford, their first defeat under Liam Gilbert's second spell in charge.
A win would reignite momentum after seven consecutive victories.
The team faces tough opposition in AFC Bournemouth, who are currently third in the table.
Bournemouth are five points behind Watford with three games in hand, and they haven’t played a league fixture since January 4 due to cup commitments.
Wednesday’s match is seen as crucial ahead of United’s FA Cup clash against Charlton Athletic on Sunday.
A club spokesman said: "Come along on Wednesday and support the women as they look to get back to winnings way ahead of their Adobe Women’s FA Cup Fifth Round tie against Charlton Athletic on Sunday.
"There is always a fantastic welcome at the MGroup Stadium, with a well-stocked bar and the excellent Burnout BBQ offering great food."
Admission for Wednesday’s game is £8 for adults, £4 for over-65s, Blue Light Card holders, and men’s season-ticket holders.
It is £3 for under-18s and £2 for under-13s. Under-7s can attend for free.
