Atlanta Dream superstar forward Angel Reese didn't have her best game at home on Saturday during Game 4 of the WNBA Finals.
The Valkyries evened the playoff series 2-2 with a 67-62 win, sending the series back to Golden State for Game 5. Reese only scored eight points and recorded nine rebounds in the game, which showed a step down from her sensational performances throughout the first three games of this year's WNBA Finals.
After the game, Reese explained why she didn't feel she wasn't quite as effective as she has been in this championship series.
"I think I rushed a lot of my shots, and I didn't take my time and finish around the basket like I've been doing in the last three games," Reese said in the postgame presser. "It happens, and I'm just looking forward to the next game, and I'll just be better."
Reese has proved why she's one of the best players in the WNBA in this playoff run. For Atlanta to get where it wants to go, the team will need a strong rebound from Reese once Game 5 tips off on Monday.
Game 5 will be at 8 p.m. ET in San Francisco on USA Network for broadcast and Peacock for streaming.
