Looks like it's game over for Bill Belichick and his 25-year-old girlfriend, Jordon Hudson, who “quietly” broke up late last year, and there seems to be a third person in the picture. TMZ reported citing sources close to Jordon that it's unclear who initiated it and what went wrong, but for some reason they “committed to their business partnerships and remain close friends.”

TMZ cited a source to report that “Jordon has started seeing other people,” but didn't reveal who they are, and her relationship status is blurry as of now.

The legendary North Carolina head coach, 74, and his cheerleader girlfriend have not publicly said anything about their breakup. Jordan’s most recent Instagram post, dated May 2, shows the two holding hands at the Kentucky Derby, with the caption “Not the first time we've trudged through the mud together.”

Even last week, Jordon wore a pink dress when she was on the sidelines, supporting Bill at UNC's home match against Syracuse. Last month, Belichick, in a Wall Street Journal interview, slammed “ridiculous” rumors that Hudson was managing his football coaching career.

Jordon Hudson Bill Belichick relationship timeline

Belichick, the eight-time Super Bowl winner, and Hudson, a former cheerleader, first met on a flight in 2021 and went public with their relationship in 2024.

In May 2025, The New York Times reported that Hudson and Belichick were engaged. The relationship reportedly ended months later, though Hudson has continued to work alongside Belichick essentially as his brand manager.
In April 2025, Hudson interrupted a Belichick interview with "CBS Sunday Morning" after he was asked about how the two met. Belichick defended Hudson later in the interview and said that she was “simply doing her job to ensure the interview stayed on track.”
After the CBS interview episode got into public scrutiny, CBS, North Carolina, denied a report that Hudson had been banned from their North Carolina football facilities. UNC denied it, saying Hudson was “welcome to the Carolina Football facilities” and that she would “continue to manage all activities related to Coach Belichick's personal brand.”
