The 23-year-old chose to play for the Czech Republic over Germany and Bulgaria, and made his debut in the Nations League this month.
He played against world champions Spain and England.
Naderi has been in excellent form for Rangers, scoring the winner against Celtic at Parkhead in the Old Firm, and netting a double against Kilmarnock last weekend.
David Trunda, the chief of Czech football, said: "We fought really hard for Ryan Naderi.
"It's one of the things our new coach, Santi Denia, was eager to do, along with team manager Pavel Nedved - to bring in players with family roots to us.
"It's always important when a new player makes their first start for their country.
"During my very first conversation with Ryan, I was surprised by how strong his bond with the Czech Republic was.
"The game was played at the Eden Stadium in Prague and I immediately learned which street his grandmother lives on.
"Coaches don't just look at pedigrees, but at sporting performance and the positions we need in the national team.
"And it has proved a good move to get Ryan into the squad."
