Manchester United boss Michael Carrick has been speaking to the media before Tuesday's Champions League game against Roma at Old Trafford (20:00 GMT).
Here are the key lines from his news conference:
Carrick confirmed Luke Shaw will miss Tuesday's game and said "we will have to see day by day" on the fitness of Marcus Rashford.
On Leny Yoro's fitness: "Leny had a tendon issue that comes and goes. He has been managing it and has been fantastic since he has come back - one of our best players. I have been delighted with his performances. He is on a really good pathway."
Patrick Dorgu returned to training on Monday but will not feature against Roma: "Great to have him back with the group. He's worked ever so hard. We won't have him back for tomorrow but we'll see how he progresses through the week."
Asked what makes him think he can turn United's fortunes around, Carrick said: "I know the players and I know what we're capable of as a team. We've shown it in spells - we showed it the other day [against Chelsea], but then the game went away from us. We have to act on it now and make a difference - and make a difference quite quickly. We have two great games this week. A great opportunity to attack the game and make it a good night."
On questions over Lisandro Martinez's commitment after his red card at Stamford Bridge: "I have no concerns about his commitment. Things happen in football. Sometimes you make mistakes. The commitment is not an issue at all."
On Martinez and Bruno Fernandes' current contract situations, with both set to expire in the summer of 2027: "When anything is finalised, we will let you know. Nothing to update at the moment."
Asked if questions surrounding his future are affecting preparation, Carrick said: "No, not at all. You never know what's going to happen but that doesn't affect how we prepare for the game tomorrow. I can't wait for the game tomorrow and that is all I'm focused on. Whatever happens after that, happens after that."
On whether he needs to change his mentality to stay positive when results are poor: "It's what I am and what I live for. A lot of people could do my job when you're winning a lot of football games. It's about finding solutions. I love being here and working with the players. The challenges and the problems just drive you on."
Carrick was asked about the culture in the dressing room currently: "The dressing room is a good place. Perception is a funny thing. You can make things look different ways and think about all sorts of different things. The commitment of the players - to the club, to me, to each other - do not question at all. We need to play better, we can make better decisions, but the commitment is not a thing at all."
On the club's chances of progressing in the Champions League: "We are looking for the win and [at] the bigger picture. You can get away with one or two defeats at this stage in terms of progressing, but you have to make amends. We are still in it."
