Gyokeres wants out

Viktor Gyokeres wants to leave Arsenal in January, TEAMtalk claims.

The Sweden international is set to "push" for a mid-season exit after growing frustrated with his lack of opportunities, and his representatives are already sounding out potential January escape routes.

Gyokeres is fielding interest from Atletico Madrid and Premier League suitors. Arsenal would be prepared to sanction an exit if they can bring in a suitable replacement such as Julian Alvarez.

Gabriel decision time

Wantaway Man Utd youngster JJ Gabriel will make a decision on his future imminently, Sport understands.

The "moment of truth" is approaching after holding talks with various suitors in recent weeks. The player's camp confirmed to the Spanish outlet that the 16-year-old will choose his next club "shortly."

Gabriel is currently training in Catalunya and is believed to be keen to play in Spain. Unlike Barcelona, Real Madrid have agreed to meet the financial terms required to sign him. However, it is claimed that the youngster would prefer to play for the reigning LaLiga champions.

Nmecha to Liverpool?

Liverpool are interested in Borussia Dortmund midfielder Felix Nmecha, as per CaughtOffside.

The Reds are running the rule over several midfield targets as they plan to make a signing in that department next year. Bournemouth star Alex Scott is a key target, but he is also being chased by Chelsea, which has forced the Anfield club to assemble a list of alternatives.

Nmecha is one player under consideration. He has been on Liverpool's radar for some time and is known to be keen to return to England after coming through Man City's academy. He will have an €80 million release clause next summer that expires at the end of June.

Araujo interest dies down

Neither Arsenal nor Man Utd are considering a move for Sporting CP wing-back Maxi Araujo, Sport Witness reports.

The Uruguay international was strongly linked with an exit from Sporting in the summer, with a host of Premier League sides credited with an interest. However, nothing concrete developed, and he ended up extending his contract.

Recent rumours have suggested that Arsenal and Man Utd have reignited their interest in Araujo, but this does not appear to be the case. There have been no fresh developments regarding a transfer since his contract extension.

Quick Toure exit?

Newcastle summer signing Bazoumana Toure is being closely monitored by numerous clubs, according to TEAMtalk.

The Magpies beat off significant competition to sign the Ivorian from Hoffenheim for €50m this summer, and the interest in the 20-year-old has not dissipated despite his recent transfer.

The likes of Arsenal and Man Utd are said to be keeping tabs on his development in the Northeast, while Aston Villa and Tottenham are also in the mix. However, approaches are not expected to materialise before next summer.
