The French defender underwent clinical and instrumental examinations on the morning of 16 October at the Istituto Humanitas in Rozzano. The results identified an adductor strain, according to Inter’s update reported by Sport Mediaset.

The diagnosis means Pavard’s immediate availability is uncertain, but Inter have not specified which fixtures he could miss or how long his recovery is expected to take. The club’s statement does not establish the severity of the problem beyond describing the adductors as affected.
