NFL Week 7 kicked off with a bang, as the Chicago Bears put on an offensive showcase on Thursday Night Football to take down the New England Patriots. It should set the tone nicely for a great slate of games this weekend, which takes us right into our NFL picks this week.

Let’s dive into our NFL Week 7 predictions for all of Sunday’s matchups and the Monday Night Football clash between the Dallas Cowboys vs Philadelphia Eagles.

Pittsburgh Steelers 24, New Orleans Saints 20

NFL Week 7 Predictions

The key we’re focused on in Week 7 for the Pittsburgh Steelers is their ability to run the football. It hasn’t exactly been an area of great consistency for the club, as evidenced by four games with fewer than 95 rushing yards while ranking a modest 14th in Rush Success rate (40.5%). However, the New Orleans Saints arrive in Paris having allowed the highest Rush EPA (-0.0003) in the NFL and the third-most rushing yards per game (138). We think Jaylen Warren can rip off a few runs of 20-plus yards in this one, reaching the 100-yard mark, and Pittsburgh’s defense can rattle Tyler Shough enough for the Steelers to win it at Stade de France.

Atlanta Falcons 21, San Francisco 49ers 20

NFL Week 7 Predictions
Oct 19, 2025; Santa Clara, California, USA; Atlanta Falcons running back Bijan Robinson (center) carries the ball against San Francisco 49ers safety Jason Pinnock (25) as tight end Kyle Pitts (center right) blocks cornerback Darrell Luter Jr. (28) during the third quarter at Levi’s Stadium. Give us the upset in Week 7, with the Atlanta Falcons ending the San Francisco 49ers’ undefeated start to the 2026 NFL season. What really hurts San Francisco on Sunday are all the injuries. Brock Purdy’s been outstanding when targeting Mike Evans on third down, but the 49ers’ quarterback will now be stuck with Brandin Cooks and Jacob Cowing as his top receivers. That should help Atlanta’s pass rush dial up some more pressure, and we’re pretty confident in their ability to contain Christian McCaffrey on the ground all the while having success with Bijan Robinson. This would be a big win for Atlanta, while San Francisco can just head home with a 6-1 record thankful to finally be entering its bye week.

Cleveland Browns 17, Tennessee Titans 13

NFL Week 7 Predictions
Sep 20, 2026; Tampa, Florida, USA; Cleveland Browns wide receiver Denzel Boston (12) scores a touchdown during the second half against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Raymond James Stadium. Mandatory Credit: Kim Klement Neitzel-Imagn Images

Fortunately for the Cleveland Browns, defensive tackle Mason Graham and running back Quinshon Judkins are both making their returns to the field in Week 7. That bodes very well for a rushing attack that has needed a spark, and there will be opportunities to have success on the ground for Judkins, given the Tennessee Titans have allowed 122.5 rushing yards per game this season. Cleveland is the better-coached team and it has more talent on both sides of the football, so the winner here feels obvious even if it should be a very close game. There aren’t a ton of great reasons to watch this matchup, but seeing rookie receivers Carnell Tate, Denzel Boston, and KC Concepcion is one of the few.

Minnesota Vikings 27, Indianapolis Colts 10

NFL Week 7 Predictions

It’s certainly plausible that this is one of those matchups that finishes as a one-score game but isn’t played as closely as the final numbers tell you. However, we see reasons to believe the Minnesota Vikings can win in blowout fashion on Sunday afternoon. For one thing, Indianapolis Colts quarterback Daniel Jones is historically abysmal when under duress, with his decision-making against the blitz prone to result in multiple turnovers. It’s exactly the kind of quarterback that defensive coordinator Brian Flores loves to face. Furthermore, Minnesota should be able to dial up some explosive passing plays downfield against this struggling Colts secondary.

Carolina Panthers 28, Tampa Bay Buccaneers 24

NFL Week 7 Predictions
Jan 3, 2026; Tampa, Florida, USA; Carolina Panthers quarterback Bryce Young (9) looks to pass against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the first half at Raymond James Stadium. Mandatory Credit: Nathan Ray Seebeck-Imagn Images

Baker Mayfield finally makes his return to the field in Week 7 in what feels like a must-win game for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. However, top wideout Emeka Egbuka will be inactive on Sunday, and a weak pass rush is a problem when you’re facing a quarterback who has been lights-out from clean pockets this season. Carolina has the better starting quarterback, receiving corps, and a rushing offense that has proven to be more steady through the first two months of the season. Just as importantly, we have far more confidence in the Panthers coaching staff than we do Todd Bowles.

New York Jets 27, Miami Dolphins 17

NFL Week 7 Predictions
Oct 18, 2026; Foxborough, Massachusetts, USA; New York Jets quarterback Geno Smith (7) drops back to pass the ball during the second half against the New England Patriots at Gillette Stadium. Mandatory Credit: Bob DeChiara-Imagn Images

It would be an indictment of Aaron Glenn if the New York Jets don’t win this game. Geno Smith is playing some good football this year, and there will be plenty of chances to pepper Garrett Wilson, Adonai Mitchell, and Omar Cooper Jr. with targets against this Miami Dolphins secondary. On the other side of the ball, New York shouldn’t have much trouble limiting Miami’s downfield passing game, and the talent gap between these two rosters should be fairly apparent. This is certainly a game the Jets could mess around in and barely hang on in the end, but we’ll bet on the likes of Smith, Wilson, and New York’s pass rush to win it more decisively.

Houston Texans 24, New York Giants 17

NFL Week 7 Predictions
Oct 18, 2026; East Rutherford, New Jersey, USA; New York Giants quarterback J.J. McCarthy (18) throws a pass during the second half against the New Orleans Saints at MetLife Stadium. Mandatory Credit: Vincent Carchietta-Imagn Images

This is the kind of matchup where we’d expect J.J. McCarthy to fall back to earth. Making his first start as the New York Giants quarterback, he’s going to face a ton of heat from the Houston Texans’ pass rush. We’ve seen more than enough from McCarthy’s career to doubt his ability to handle that with poise, and his tendency to just throw the football up into tight windows is a very dangerous game to play against Houston’s secondary. Malik Nabers and Isaiah Likely will put up some good numbers, but the Texans will outclass New York on Sunday afternoon at Reliant Stadium.

Baltimore Ravens 31, Cincinnati Bengals 27

NFL Week 7 Predictions
Dec 14, 2025; Cincinnati, Ohio, USA; Cincinnati Bengals linebacker Demetrius Knight Jr. (44) sacks Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson (8) in the first half at Paycor Stadium. Mandatory Credit: Katie Stratman-Imagn Images

Review: It comes down to whether or not Lamar Jackson plays. He returned to practice for the Baltimore Ravens on Thursday and Friday, then told reporters he’s “heading in the right direction” regarding his status for Sunday. For the time being, we’ll operate under the assumption he suits up versus the Cincinnati Bengals. That would allow Baltimore to truly take advantage of Cincinnati’s vulnerabilities defensively, primarily attacking the middle areas of the field. If Jackson can’t go, Joe Burrow will have his moments attacking Marlon Humphrey with Ja’Marr Chase, and Cincinnati comes out of Week 7 with a 34-24 win over the Ravens.

Green Bay Packers 34, Detroit Lions 31

NFL Week 7 Predictions
Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love (10) throws a pass during the first quarter of their game against the Detroit Lions Sunday, September 7, 2025 at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

Review: This should be the highest-scoring game in Week 7. The Detroit Lions might have a bit more confidence entering Sunday’s matchup about an imminent defensive turnaround, and their front four will not have any trouble generating pressure against this offensive line. With that said, we haven’t seen anything this year from Detroit’s cornerbacks that would suggest they can stick with Matthew Golden and Christian Watson in coverage, which is an even bigger problem given how much Jordan Love craves to attack teams deep downfield. That sets up a shootout, but the Green Bay Packers defense has proven itself more capable thus far at generating stops.

Denver Broncos 23, Arizona Cardinals 17

NFL Week 7 Predictions, NFL Picks This Week

Bo Nix might try and force some things in this one, attempting to quiet the narrative surrounding him as the Denver Broncos’ biggest weakness. Playing that way, especially against the Arizona Cardinals, can be a recipe for an upset. However, we have far too much confidence in Denver defensively to believe it will let this one slip away.

Las Vegas Raiders 27, Los Angeles Rams 23

NFL Week 7 Predictions, NFL Picks This Week
Oct 20, 2024; Inglewood, California, USA; Las Vegas Raiders tight end Brock Bowers (89) catches a pass in front of Los Angeles Rams linebacker Byron Young (0) and Los Angeles Rams linebacker Michael Hoecht (97) at SoFi Stadium. Mandatory Credit: Robert Hanashiro-Imagn Images

Puka Nacua (calf) is a game-time decision for this Week 7 matchup, and with all the injuries the Los Angeles Rams are dealing with, we’re inclined to pick the Las Vegas Raiders. Brock Bowers shouldn’t have any trouble getting open for big plays against Los Angeles, and even Tre Tucker could get open for a long touchdown given the absences in the Rams secondary. So, as long as Kirk Cousins doesn’t turn it over twice, we’ll take Las Vegas to win it at home.

Kansas City Chiefs 24, Seattle Seahawks 21

NFL Week 7 Predictions, NFL Picks This Week
Oct 18, 2026; Kansas City, Missouri, USA; Kansas City Chiefs running back Kenneth Walker III (9) rushes during the third quarter against the Los Angeles Chargers at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium. Mandatory Credit: William Purnell-Imagn Images

It’s a revenge game for Kenneth Walker and an opportunity for the Kansas City Chiefs running back to snap his former team’s streak of consecutive games without allowing a 100-yard rusher. While defensively the Seattle Seahawks are up for the challenge, we don’t like Sam Darnold’s matchup against Steve Spagnuolo’s unit. Darnold will turn it over twice and with Seattle also not able to run the ball effectively, the Chiefs win in Seattle on Sunday Night Football.

Dallas Cowboys 28, Philadelphia Eagles 27

NFL Week 7 Predictions, NFL Picks This Week
Nov 23, 2025; Arlington, Texas, USA; Dallas Cowboys wide receiver George Pickens (3) and Dallas Cowboys wide receiver CeeDee Lamb (88) react during the game against the Philadelphia Eagles at AT&T Stadium. Mandatory Credit: Kevin Jairaj-Imagn Images

The Philadelphia Eagles do welcome back Saquon Barkley for a Monday Night Football matchup against a defense that has allowed the most rushing yards per game (149.8) in the NFL. Effectiveness on the ground and a great night defensively are the only semblance of a path to victory for Philadelphia. However, we’ll take the Dallas Cowboys offense to bounce back on the national stage, with Dak Prescott accounting for three touchdowns in a tight victory that keeps Dallas’ NFC East title hopes alive.
