Frontiers Lionesses U15 5 v 2 Hitchin Belles U15

Report by Frontiers.

Another great performance from us today. We only had 12 players available today and 2 of those weren’t feeling 100%

We started a little slow, bit kick and rush but once we settled into the match we became dominant team.

We scored after 10mins, a great goal from Darcy, then created so many chances but just couldn’t finish, 3 lobbed efforts went just over the bar, from Nevaeh, Paige and Lacey and then somehow we conceded 5mins before half time,.

But from the KO we pretty much went straight up the other end and Darcy scored her 2nd to take us into HT 2-1 up.
HT we asked for a little more intensity, to close the oppo down quicker and burst forward on attacks, we did just that and scored 3 more wonderful goals

Two for Chloe, her 1st one I’d say is goal of the season so far, great corner from Scarlett and Chloe volleyed with her side foot into the corner.
Darcy finshed the scoring off with her hat-trick goal, such a great player.

Chloe won Players Player vote, by far her best game for us and we still haven’t seen her best yet.

She is a special player and a massive asset for us.
Coaches player went to Darcy.
Hard not to when she scores a Hatrick, but her overall play is so good. Works so hard. Chases every ball and puts the fear into the oppo
