Darts fans who missed out on the ticket ballot for the World Darts Championship still have options

It’s the biggest prize in darts and the world’s best players will assemble at the Alexandra Palace, in London, to compete for £5 million of prize money and though the ticket ballot has closed, fans still have ticketing options available.

Darts prodigy Luke Littler will defend his crown in front of thousands of fans between December 11, 2026, and January 3, 2027. The winner of the Paddy Power World Darts Championship will trouser a cool £1 million so it’s all to play for.

Tickets were allocated on a ballot system by the Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) in September and the ballot is now closed. The PDC resale ticket partner See Tickets appears to have no tickets available currently but its fan-to-fan platform is worth checking for availability in the coming weeks.

The scarcity of tickets will have darts fans who missed out on the ballot looking to the resale market, vendors such as Viagogo, StubHub and Vivid Seats.

These outlets are not official ticket outlets but allow fans to sell to other fans when they cannot make it to an event. It’s important to note that official outlets may forbid the transfer of tickets so check terms and conditions before taking the plunge into the secondary ticket market.

That said, Viagogo, StubHub and Vivid Tickets all offer guarantees to users of their sites so fans are protected.

The cheapest prices on Viagogo currently start at £120 for the early stages of the competition. The least expensive tickets for the final day when the champion will be crowned start at £222.

On StubHub there are tickets priced from £90.79 for the early stages up to £304.24 for the final.

Vivid Seats is advertising tickets priced from £98 for the early rounds up to £280 for the final day’s play.

Alternatively, every arrow at the Paddy Power World Darts Championship will be televised on Sky Sports Darts with selected highlights broadcast on Sky Sports Main Event. You can view Sky’s packages here.
