Celtic’s December home match against Hibs will need to be rearranged after the Edinburgh side reached the Premier Sports Cup final.
Hibs beat Hearts 2-1 at Hampden on Sunday to book a meeting with Rangers on December 13 – the same day they are scheduled to visit Celtic Park in the Premiership.
That creates a direct clash, meaning the league fixture cannot go ahead as currently listed. A replacement date has not yet been announced.

The Hibs game had already been moved to Sunday, December 13 as part of the changes around Celtic’s Europa League schedule. It now requires another adjustment.
Hibs earned their place in the final by coming from behind against their city rivals.
Claudio Braga headed Hearts into an early lead, but Martin Boyle equalised before Jamie McGrath scored what proved to be the winner shortly before half-time.
They will now face Rangers for the trophy, leaving Celtic awaiting confirmation of when their league meeting will take place.
The change also affects a December schedule that includes European football. Celtic are due to travel to Omonia on Thursday, December 10, three days before the original Hibs date.
Moving the match could alter the recovery time around that trip, but any wider impact depends on where the rearranged fixture lands.
Supporters with plans for the Hibs game should keep an eye out for the revised date before making further arrangements.
