The New England Patriots will be wearing their all-white jerseys for Thursday’s primetime game against the Chicago Bears. The team announced the news on social media on Wednesday afternoon.

An opportunity to earn a fourth straight win hangs in the balance for the Patriots, as well as a chance to solidify themselves as legitimate contenders. They are coming off an upset win over the Buffalo Bills, as well as victories over the Las Vegas Raiders and the New York Jets.

Meanwhile, the Bears bounced back from an ugly loss to the Green Bay Packers by defeating the Atlanta Falcons on the road. They have reclaimed their status as a potential offensive juggernaut with the return of quarterback Caleb Williams under center.

This game will pit Patriots star quarterback Drake Maye against Bears quarterback Caleb Williams for the second time in their young careers.

Maye's Patriots got the better of Williams' Bears when the two first met during their rookie season two years ago. Much has changed since that first meeting, and the NFL world will be watching to see the progress both have made when they go toe-to-toe on Thursday.
